Step 1 polish indicates that your vehicle will be shinier than it's ever been. Minimal scratches/swirls will be removed. Your paint gets beat on by the sun and those UV rays have left your paint gloomy. We decontaminate your paint and follow up with a polish to ensure there is no more haze. Polishing is important for further steps like ceramic coatings, waxes, or sealants.
